Shipping
Shipping will be provided on a quote basis via Fedex
/ UPS ground, and will be dependent on the size and weight of
the parts ordered. Most items will ship within 48 hours of your order.
We currently offer shipping to the U.S. lower 48 only at this time. Canada, Hawaii and Alaska will be on a per item basis mostly depending on size.
NO shipping to P.O. boxes.
Returns
Innovative Motorworks, L.L.C. strives to be as descriptive as possible and generally only represents used items that have history or have been tested. We will be happy to quickly reply via email with any additional questions that you have However, All used items listed are "as is" NO RETURNS for any reason.
Regarding new items for purchase, Innovative Motorworks, L.L.C. is committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible.
When possible, we will refund or replace any defective item, provided we have been notified within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that many items - such as electrical components - are non-returnable/refundable for any reason (see guidlines below). Upon notification, we will provide instructions on how to expedite your return. The terms below apply to any and all return authorizations requested.
In most cases we will accept a return of a non defective item. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. Within 21 days of receipt of your order, you may return per the following:

- Part is in original condition. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation error.
- Product returns that are returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Electrical parts are not returnable for any reason.
- No returns will be accepted without an RMA (return authorization) number.
- Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.

No refunds will be given for any reason after 21 days from receipt of your order.
Shipping damages should be directed to the carrier that provided the delivery.
We are not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.
Once the item has been received, and pending an inspection of the item, your refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded.
C.O.D. shipments of return will not be accepted.
Other info
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us. Any products purchased from another web site or store and returned to us will not be refunded.
Some of our BMW parts have core charges. This charge is refunded when we receive your original part in usable condition. The core item must be returned in the original box that came with your order. The customer is responsible for all core shipping and handling costs. The core must be in rebuildable condition.
